Often overlooked by plant operators on wet process plant worn spray bars can cause some of the biggest headaches for maintenance personnel. A worn spray bar that has not been isolated can cause serious damage to screen panels which, in turn has a ‘knock on' effect to screen efficiency, resulting in out of specification products.

Tema Isenmann has now developed a range of cost effective, easy-fit clip on protection for spray bars, which provide optimum protection against abrasion and premature wear.

Manufactured from 16mm thick, highly wear resistant Isepren polyurethane, the protectors come in a number of fitting diameters to suit, and simply clip onto an existing spray bar pipe. No messing around cutting rubber up, using bonding agents or cable ties, the finished result is neat and easily attainable. Isenmann spray bar protection is made from the same high quality materials used in the manufacture of the WS85 modular system panels.
